3. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
3.1 You must maintain an accurate, active account to access the Service.
3.2 You must be at least 18 years old.
3.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
3.4 Access links are provided upon purchase. If you do not receive them within 24 hours, check spam or contact support.
4. MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENT
4.1 Membership pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods are shown during checkout.
4.2 Memberships renew automatically unless stated otherwise.
4.3 You may cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support.
4.4 No Refund Policy:
Because you gain instant access to digital tools, trainings, and CustomGPT links, all sales are final once delivered. Access cannot be revoked or returned. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that Zero Personal Space and InterAgent LLC do not offer refunds or exchanges.
5. USAGE RULES
5.1 All CustomGPT links and digital tools are for your personal use only. Sharing with non-members is prohibited.
5.2 You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain access to other members’ tools or accounts

7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterAgent LLC is not liable for:
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Unauthorized access or alterations
7.4 Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past six (6) months.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InterAgent LLC, Zero Personal Space, and all officers and employees against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. THIRD-PARTY SYSTEMS
OpenAI and other external platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of CustomGPTs is subject to those terms, and InterAgent LLC is not responsible for third-party actions or systems.
10. CHANGES & UPDATES
10.1 We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting.
10.2 Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance.
10.3 We may modify, update, or discontinue tools or features without prior notice. Some future updates may require additional payment.
11. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights to use the Service cease.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
13.1 These Terms form the entire agreement for your membership.
13.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
13.3 Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our rights.
